Context
Faith Properties is a construction and property company in Malta, developing residential buildings, managing rentals and offering finishing works. The business needed a website that presents all of this clearly, and a faster way to prepare quotes. Building them by hand took around an hour each and made it hard to keep prices and documents consistent across a growing team.
My Role
I designed and built both the public website and the internal quoting platform. The website brings together properties, services, project gallery and job vacancies in one clear place. Behind it, the quoting platform lets the team build quotes from a single up-to-date service catalogue, generate a branded PDF and send it to the client automatically. The whole team works in the same system, with a dashboard showing the full pipeline and each member’s results.
The Platform
The interface is built for speed: pick the services, adjust quantities and the quote is ready. Every PDF follows the company’s branding, so clients receive the same professional document no matter who prepared it.
Outcome
The team has generated 245 quotes with a total value of over €7.2 million through the platform. Quotes that once took an hour are now ready in minutes and sent automatically, while the website gives clients a clear view of everything Faith Properties offers.
