Context
Magfi is a Malta-based consultancy that develops and manages EU-funded innovation projects with partners across Europe. Each project involves dozens of organisations, contacts, deliverables and deadlines. All of this lived in spreadsheets and email threads, which made it hard to see who was responsible for what and what was due next.
My Role
I designed and built Magfi HUB, a private CRM shaped around how the team runs EU projects. It connects partner organisations, contacts and projects, and tracks every deliverable and task with owners and deadlines. Each team member gets a personal dashboard with their projects, upcoming deliverables and recent activity, while admins see analytics across the whole team. Deliverables sync with the team calendar, data can be exported to CSV, and automatic weekly backups keep everything safe.
The Platform
The interface is calm and focused, so the team can find what matters quickly. A global search covers organisations, contacts and projects, and a built-in knowledge base keeps internal processes documented in the same place people work every day.
Outcome
Delivered in about three months, Magfi HUB replaced spreadsheets and email chains and is now used daily by the whole team of 12. Every project, partner and deliverable lives in one system, and I continue to maintain and extend it as the team’s needs grow.
