Context
Zagreb Recruit is a recruitment agency based in Zagreb, Croatia. As the company grew, it needed more than a new look: a recognisable brand to attract both employers and candidates, and a practical way to publish jobs and manage applications without relying on emails and spreadsheets.
My Role
I delivered the project end to end, from brand to software. I created the full visual identity and promotional materials, including a branded welcome pack, then designed and built the website. At its core is a custom recruitment platform where the team publishes job listings, sees who applied to each role and manages every candidate from one place.
Visual Identity
The identity is bold and energetic, built to stand out in a market where most recruitment brands look the same. A strong orange, confident typography and large graphic type give the brand a fresh, modern voice, and the system carries naturally from the website and platform to merchandise and printed materials.
Outcome
In three months, Zagreb Recruit went from an outdated presence to a complete brand and digital system. The team now publishes jobs and manages candidates in its own platform, and the brand gives the agency a distinctive look that people remember, from the first job ad to the welcome pack.
